This past weekend was a blast. Not only did I get to photograph a beautiful wedding, but I met some really fun people as well. And get this, there were 9 brides maids; 9 groomsmen; 4 Ushers; two flower girls; and one ring bearer. Wheeew!!! What a mouth full. As a Knoxville wedding photographer, I get to chance to go to Nashville to shoot a wedding now and again. They don’t call it “Nashvegas” for nothing. I mean, come on… The ceremony was held at the Antioch United Methodist Church, with the reception being held at the Smyrna Town Center. The DJ, Jason Middleton of Middleton Entertainment, rocked the house. Tyson was more than a little excited to see Jennifer since his government paid vacation at Parris Island Marine Corps. Boot camp. He had just arrived back home a few days ago and had not seen the bridal pictures of Jen. The wedding was the first time Tyson had seen Jennifer in her awesome dress. I think you would have to agree, Jennifer probably appricited that uniform on Tyson as well.
Although the day was a bit on the dreary side, the rain and all, (I think that is supposed to be good luck, rain on your wedding day) wea all made the best of it. Unfortuantly we were kept inside for all the pictures except when the Marines led the charge outside for a few quick ones between showers. Of course the reception was full of dancing and a PG version of a bridal shower for Jen held by a few of the groomsmen. They can dance but the sure can’t sing.![]()

Soooo many buttons…
The two flower girls…..
The Crew….
Jennifer (a little on the nutty side) had to have fun with the formals…
In all the commotion, Jennifer and Tyson got just a moment to be by themselves. They didn’t want to see one another but couldn’t wait one more minute.
Girls will be girls, a little on the giddy side with emotion, and raring to go, I told the girls I used to be a pilot in the Navy and oh then it started….everyone was an airplane.
