Wow what a trip. As a Knoxville wedding photographer I just came back from Florida a week ago from the fantastic wedding of Johanna and Sam. Johanna is a dental assistant and Sam a industrial engineer here in Tennessee. The couples family both went down to Seaside, which is a suburb of Destin, Florida for the event. The weather was beautiful! Known as the “Emerald Coast”. Seaside hosts some of the whitest beaches in the world, and the water, well it is no wonder that they call it the “Emerald Coast”, beautiful. Don’t you just want to jump in and feel the warm water.
The day before, the family had invited me to the rehearsal and dinner which followed. It was a great time. The wedding day started at the “Salon Twist” where Johanna had her hair done, then on to the cottage on the beach that they had rented for the week. The services were held at “St. Rita’s” Catholic church. Reception was at “The Beach House” on Santa Rosa Island which luck for us had a beautiful golf course right across the street. Thanks to the staff at “The Beach House” for all your help.

I was going to stop here, but I couldn’t go with out at least a couple from the reception (after all, Johanna’s family is Irish) Debbie even grabbed the camera for a couple of quick shots. Nothing like people enjoying themselves in the moment.
