It has taken a while for me to get this post together. I wanted to do something a little different to see how I would like it. I as a Knoxville wedding photographer was called some time ago by Lesley and Chris as a possible photographer for their upcoming wedding. A little hesitant to meet at a Panera, they finally agreed and well, the rest is history. Lesley is an Accountant (I say that somewhat with a little hesitation) when we went to shoot their esession I told Lesley that there was no way that I could do a desk job again. Too boring. She said “like an Accountant”, I said “ha ha, yea. Like an accountant.” Chris on the other hand, moonlights as a secret spook engineer up at Oak Ridge during the day and pursues his passion of guitar at night. That is when he is not RIDING HIS BRAND NEW BIKE!!!!! Lesley got him as a wedding present. Rockin’!!!
At the church, just after they had a private moment, Chris gave Lesley a private gift….and Lesley, well what else but a bicycle seat. She said she would buy the rest of the bike when they could afford it. Little did Chris know that the bike was just outside, there at the church seatless. Anyway, he seemed quite surprised to leave the private room and see the bike right behind him. The service was great and we did a reception at the Rosa Center in downtown Morristown. A lot of fun. And of course no reception would be complete without the first dance of Bride and Groom followed by the dance between Father and Daughter and then……..Y-M-C-A….da da da…..
